  • Scam Alert - CM/ECF Email Phishing

    The Probation Office has received notice of a new phishing attempt targeting attorneys and law firms with fake Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs). Please note that NEFs come from an email account that is not monitored. If the action item is to respond to the email in order to receive a link to documents, use caution by assuming this is a scam email. Visit PACER directly for confirmation and do not respond to the email.
