Q&A Section

1.  Who is the bid winner information from last year?

ANSWER:  We do disclose the awarded vendor information to those who submitted a bid but were not awarded.  It is not typical that we disclose it during solicitation.

2.  How many tests have been manufactured for the current fiscal year?

ANSWER:  1,500 cups were manufactured for FY 2025.

3. Will this operate as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), or should we treat it as a fixed-period contract with multiple orders?

ANSWER:  It will be a fixed-period contract with multiple orders, where the order is placed at least quarterly for our offices.  By the end of FY2025, we are expected to have ordered approximately 1500 cups.
