Treatment Services Information
The U. S. Probation Office procures for polygraph services, substance abuse, mental health and sex offender treatment. The Middle District of Georgia is currently soliciting vendors for Fiscal Year 2027 to begin October 1, 2026 via a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in the treatment services and catchment areas listed below:
Sex Offender Treatment Services: The deadline for submission is September 1, 2026 by 12:00 p.m. Postmark must be within the time frame noted.

Polygraph Examiner Services: The deadline for submission is September 1, 2026 by 12:00 p.m. Postmark must be within the time frame noted.
NO CURRENT SOLICITATIONS
Non-Instrumental Drug Testing Device (NIDT) (soliciting one supply vendor for non-instrumental drug testing devices) with the following required drugs and ng/mL screening cut-off levels as mandated by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts:
- Methamphetamine (MET) – 500 ng/mL
- Benzoylecgonine (COC) – 150 ng/mL
- Cannabinoids (THC) – 50 ng/mL
- Opiates (OPI) – 300 ng/mL
- Oxycodone (OXY) – 100 ng/mL
- Buprenorphine (BUP) – 5 ng/mL
- Fentanyl (FEN) – 2 ng/mL
- Ethylglucuronide (EtG) – 500 ng/mL
- Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) – 500 ng/mL
- Benzodiazepine (BZO) – 200 ng/mL

All applicable Requests for Proposal (RFPs) are posted at least 30 days from mid-June until mid-July of each competitive solicitation year. Payment For Services
Invoices are due for the previous month's services by the 10th day of the next month. Payment to vendors will be processed by the 15th of the following month. For example, invoices for October services are due by November 10th, and payment will be processed by December 15th.
